After you install the latest version, make sure that when you check if it works that you either use completely new terms or erase the old terms entry from Admin > Catalog > Search Terms admin page. Otherwise, what you are seeing are the results that are saved to the DB.

    Let me know,

I deleted all the search terms in admin and tried again. No improvement. Still doesn't work.

    vintagepostcards,

What is your settings for System > Confg > Catalog > Catalog Search > Search Type?

    Thanks,

    Thanks,
As I wrote in the first post of this thread:
I have my Admin/Config/Catalog/CatalogSearch/Search Type set to Combine (Like and Fulltext). Does that make a difference?

Try changing it to 'Like' and see if it works for you. Let me know,

I tried all three options. The extension works with search set to "Like". It does not work with it set to "Fulltext" or "Combine". From everything I've read, using Combine is the best option, although I don't actually know what the difference is. Is it possible to make the extension work with Fulltext or Combine?
